Understanding the GRID
The map GRID is a single mechanism for the collation of all knowledge, tools and approaches required to successfully deploy a strategic approach to procurement. Bringing together the three core elements of the strategic procurement as defined by map, you have access to a range of material that can aid you in the transformation of your organisation.
This can be done individually at foundation level, and then in collaboration with map at core and advanced levels to suit the nature of each organisational situation.
Maturity Levels

At foundation level, the focus is on expanding existing skills, understanding strategic & change principles and how they can be applied
core
Within core, you begin to explore more comprehensive map models and move into action opposed to knowledge only
advanced
Moving in advanced level, the focus here is on results, driving value and delivering outcomes, either at team, department or business level
