ABOUT

map

map has grown out of an extensive collaborative research project between the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC), a leading UK industry focused University and an innovative FTSE 100 company.

Following a productive research and action project centred on strategic procurement, systems thinking, action research and change management, it became clear that a change in attitude towards procurement, supply chain management and commercial change management was required.

map was created to both develop a previous successful avenue of design & architecture services, but also explore the ideas of that initial research project and allow public access to some of its findings.

It seeks to expand on professional development, share knowledge on better practice in procurement delivery and enhance the savings potential and supply side stability of every deal we make.

map is therefore made of three primary components, architecture, research and commercial, but an introduction to the GRID and its benefits can also be found and new visitors are invited to contact us and learn more.
